Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Who we are

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases of the Repotrix service available at https://repotrix.ai and its sub-domains (the "Service"), operated by:

Where your purchase is processed by a third-party payment provider, that provider may handle the transaction on our behalf, and refunds for such purchases are processed in line with this policy.

2. Try before you pay

Repotrix offers a Free plan so you can evaluate the Service at no cost before subscribing to a paid plan. We encourage you to use the Free plan to confirm the Service meets your needs before any payment is made.

3. Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing in your account.
  • On cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period — you keep access to paid features until then, and you are not charged again.
  • After the period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan; your data is retained per our Privacy Policy and is not deleted automatically.

4. Refunds

Subscription fees are billed in advance for each period (monthly). Because you can try the Free plan first and cancel at any time to stop future charges, subscription payments are generally non-refundable, including for:

  • partial billing periods or unused time after a cancellation, and
  • a change to a lower repository count or plan mid-cycle (the change applies from your next renewal).

5. When we do issue refunds

We will refund a payment in the following cases:

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges — you were charged more than once for the same period, or charged in error.
  • Failed or undelivered service — you paid but, due to a fault on our side, were unable to use the paid features you purchased and we could not resolve it.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Applicable taxes (e.g. GST) are refunded together with the amount where required by law.

6. How to request a refund

Email contact@repotrix.ai with:

  • the email address on your account,
  • the payment / invoice ID (shown on your invoice and in Billing), and
  • a brief description of the issue.

If your purchase was processed by a third-party payment provider, the refund may be returned through that provider; we will coordinate as needed. We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 business days.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve billing issues faster than a bank dispute. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of the account pending resolution.

8. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country (for example, statutory cooling-off rights in the EU/UK). Where digital services are supplied immediately at your request, you may be asked to acknowledge that performance begins before any cooling-off period expires.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version, and material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
